We first developed our Air Flail cleaning technology to more efficiently clean the cargo holds of ocean going dry bulk cargo vessels after Portland Cement discharge. So we named our company HOLD CLEANING TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

Since then our technology has been continuously improved and adapted to clean other cargoes including Cement Clinker, metallic ores and concentrates, fly ash and slag. Besides cargo holds, hopper rail cars, areas in and around bulk marine, rail and truck terminals can also be cleaned. Cargo ‘escape’ remains a vexing problem, especially for the cement industry. Air Flail cleaning removes this cement from all surfaces from the road up, stopping its further migration into the water or topsoil.
